  1. Can a 73 year old amateur pianist enter the competition? If so, which category should I select?

I hope we “oldies” are permitted to take part in what looks as if it will be splendid occasion. I have been playng the piano since the age of 6. I play some of the “classics” (my favourites are Ravel, Debussy and Spanish composers such as albeniz and Granados). I also play a little jazz.

Please let me know if I am acceptable!

Please also be assured that this enquiry is not a joke.
